Tips：
*The screws are M4/M5 size, so use a slightly smaller drill bit to make the pilot holes.

For hollow walls (metal, wood, or drywall), use screws.

For solid walls (concrete, brick), use expansion screws.

Customized Pole Width
The pole width is bespoke-sized to fit your window. Normally, the pole should extend the window 2-15 in (as you prefer) and keep 1 in far away from the wall at least.
Please allow a tolerance of 1 - 2 cm in width on account of manual cutting.
Flexible Use
For normal windows, 70 in has 2 brackets, 71 - 106 in has 3 brackets, 107 - 141 in has 4 brackets, and 142 + in has 5 brackets. (Per bracket bear 22 lbs, you can decide the brackets' quantity according to the curtain weights).
If you're using rings, please note that the center bracket will block the rings from sliding past. This means:

3 brackets require 2 curtain panels

4 brackets require 3 curtain panels

5 brackets require 4 curtain panels
For corner windows, it has 4 brackets.
For bay windows, it has 6 brackets.
Flexible Runner
Offer 3 runner options, like REX-rings (per 4 in offer 1 ring), REX-pinch pleat gliders (per 4 in offer 1 runner), and REX-wave gliders (same width as the pole, and runner space is 2.36 in).
Size Guide
Normal window: measure the window size and add 2-15 in(as you prefer) at both sides.
Corner windows: measure from the corner to the window and add 2-15 in(as you prefer) on both walls.
Bay windows: measure from the corner to the window, add 2-15 in(as you prefer) on both side walls, and measure the whole middle wall.
3 Year Warranty
Curtarra offers a 3-year warranty on all pole and pole accessories. Each pole is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for 3 years from the date of order. If the product fails within this 3-year period we will replace it free of charge.
Return Policy
The pole width is customized according to your width, so it is not returnable due to the width not fitting. If you are not sure about the pole width, please start a LiveChat.

The good: precision milling, outstanding wall brackets, easy rolling.
The mediocre: splices between sections are short and not very tight fitting; you're depending on pack screws to line things up. This causes:
The bad: the interface between each of the sections is not particularly smooth and this leads to the rollers sometimes needing to be coaxed to get from one section to the next. Hardly a feature in a $600 curtain pole.
I was actually surprised that a 221" curtain pole came to me in 4 sections, especially since the specs noted that the curtains were 2 panel and I specified 7 brackets. This, by necessity, put a join in the middle of the curtain pole, which made it mandatory to move the center bracket off center. This of course means that the curtains - that meet in the center of the pole - don't meet under the center bracket. The bracket is 3" off center. A three section pole would have avoided the asymmetry of this, or putting 8 brackets on would have done the same. Heavy curtains (12' tall) meant I wasn't going to put 6 brackets on there.
Again, I expected more from a $600 curtain pole. It looks OK, but should look better and appear and feel seamless for that price. There should be no coaxing to get the curtain rollers over the pole seams. Also, putting thought into the specified layout and where the brackets land would have been nice from the supplier.
