  • Our Solution: We will repair or replace the faulty item free of charge.
  • Product Consistency: If your original product is discontinued, we'll provide the closest available alternative. For orders with multiple goods, only the faulty one will be replaced, and we'll do our best to ensure it matches the rest.

  • Lost, Stolen, or Unauthorized Use: Please treat this e-gift card and its code like cash. We are not responsible for e-gift cards that are lost, deleted, stolen, or used without permission after they have been successfully delivered to the recipient's email address. The value will not be replaced.

  • Expiration: This e-gift card is valid for 5 years from the date of purchase. Any remaining balance will not be refunded upon expiration.
