We accept order cancellations within 48 hours of placing the order. If the order is cancelled, you will get a full refund. For orders over 48 hours, and the product has not been shipped, you can get a 70% refund on the cancellation.

Owing to the featured bespoke goods, we can not cancel the order if the product is finished or shipped, and it does not support returns and refunds.

Our Lifetime Limited Warranty: We want you to love your purchase for years to come. This warranty protects you from defects in materials, craftsmanship, and failures from normal use over time. If we confirm a covered defect, we will repair or replace the defective item free of charge. (If your original product is discontinued, we'll provide the closest available alternative, ensuring it matches your set as best as possible.)

30-Day Order Accuracy Guarantee (Upon Arrival): For out-of-the-box quality issues—such as incorrect size, wrong color, or other mistakes strictly on our part—please contact us within 30 days of receipt. We will promptly remake the curtains or resolve the issue through modifications at no cost to you, including covering all shipping fees.

Claim Requirements: Proof of purchase is required. We reserve the right to inspect any product before approving a replacement or repair.

Suppose you unintentionally ordered in the wrong size, colour, or have second thoughts about the header, lining, or otherwise. In that case, we will be glad to revise your order within 48 hours. Two easy and effective solutions help. Contact our customer service via LiveChat or email us at support@curtarra.com. A refund or an invoice will be sent to you for the pricing changes.

What Is Not Covered (Exclusions)

Bespoke Goods

Our curtains and blinds are handcrafted and specially customized based on your preferences(including some hardware cut to your size), making them unique and non-transferable to other customers. As such, returns are generally not accepted unless there are quality issues.

For quality issues such as incorrect size, colour, or other mistakes on our part, please contact us within 30 days. We will either remake the curtains or resolve the issue through modifications at no cost to you, including covering the shipping fees.

If you receive curtains that don't fit perfectly due to incorrect measurements on your part, we can work together to find a solution. For example, if the panel is too wide, we can adjust its width (you would cover the shipping and modification fees).

If the issue cannot be remedied, such as the curtains being too narrow, too short, or requiring a fabric change, we offer a 50% discount on a second pack (valid within 30 days of receiving your first order).

Bespoke tracks and pillow covers are also made to order and fall under the bespoke item category.

Everything is correct, if you're not satisfied with your bespoke curtains, please contact our bespoke service first within 30 days of receipt. Our team will guide you through the donation process to ensure eligibility for a partial refund.

Please note:

  • Do not donate the goods on your own without contacting us first, as this will make you ineligible for a refund.
  • Once instructed, donate the goods to Goodwill and provide us with a donation receipt that includes:
  1. Details of the donated goods(Name/Quantity)
  2. The donation date
  3. A picture of the donated goods

 

Non-Bespoke Goods

Select Window Hardware: Adjustable drapery hardware (rods, wands) and accessories (rings, clips) may be returned in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Sample/Sample Booklets: Not eligible for returns.

Measuring Tool Helps

Our free measurement toolis easy to use and can be a great resource to ensure that returns aren't necessary. All you have to do is select the width of your window, the drop of your curtains, and the header style. 

Free Swatches Available

In addition to a free measuring tool, we also offer free swatches. You can know better what your new curtains will look like before ordering. We recommend ordering free swatches first because colors or fabrics don't always perform perfectly from the screen. It's easy to check before making your final purchase.

Non-Custom Items & Refund Processing

Non-Custom Returns: Select adjustable window hardware (rods, wands) and accessories (rings, clips) may be returned in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Swatch/Sample Booklets are not eligible for returns.

Refunds Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you. If approved, your refund will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain amount of days. (No restocking fee will be charged).

Late Refunds: Check your bank and credit card company first, as processing times vary. If you still have not received it, contact us.
