What types of windows are covered in the "Odd Window Curtains" collection?
This collection is specifically for any non-front roll window that can't be dressed with off-the-shelf curtains. This includes, but is not limited to: Arched, Angled, and Sloped Windows Bay and Corner Windows Extra-Tall or Extra-Wide Windows Skylights and Clerestory Windows Circular or Uniquely Shaped Windows If you think your window is "impossible," you're in the right place!
How do I measure such a complex window shape? I'm worried I'll get it wrong.
We understand that measuring an odd-shaped window can be intimidating. That's why we need you to send a photo of the odd window to support@curtarra.com, and we will tell you how to measure and place the order within 24 hours. Furthermore, our customer support team is on standby to assist you. You can start a live chat on the online store where we can help guide you through the process to ensure accuracy.
Am I limited in fabric and style choices for these types of curtains?
Not at all! The beauty of our bespoke service is that almost our entire fabric library—from voile linens to heavy-duty blackouts—can be crafted to fit your unique window. While some styles may be better suited for certain shapes, we will work with you to find the perfect combination of fabric, colour, and design to match your vision.
What is the production and delivery timeline for an odd-shaped curtain?
Because these curtains require highly specialized patterns and meticulous craftsmanship, the production time is typically a bit longer than for front roll rectangular curtains. You can expect a production timeframe of 3-4 weeks from the time your order is finalized. We promise the perfect fit is worth the wait!
What if my bespoke curtain arrives and it doesn't fit correctly?
Your peace of mind is our top priority. We stand by our measurements and craftsmanship with our Perfect Fit Guarantee. If you follow our measuring guides and the curtains don't fit, we will work with you to correct the issue, whether it's through a remake or alteration. We are committed to ensuring you love your new, unique window treatment.
