Our Solution: We will repair or replace the defective item free of charge.
Product Consistency: If your original product is discontinued, we'll provide the closest available alternative. For orders with multiple items, only the defective one will be replaced, and we'll do our best to ensure it matches the rest.

For the straight wall, order the normal window type and fill in the width of the coverage area.
Rod exceeding 70" will be spliced for shipping.
60" has 2 brackets, 60"- 94" has 3 brackets, 95"- 118" has 4 brackets, and 118+" has 5 brackets.
For the corner window, order the corner window type and fill in the width of the coverage area of 2 parts: X and Y.
Every part of the rod exceeding 70" will be spliced for shipping.
Corner window type has 4 brackets.
For the bay window, order the bay window type and fill in the width of the coverage area of 3 parts: X, Y, and Z.
Every part of the rod exceeding 60" will be spliced for shipping.
Bay window type has 6 brackets.

How it Works
Choose the correct width type for your window and fill in the total width of the coverage area. Once you place the order, our factory will cut the rod to the correct size based on standard specifications. (Note: rods with corner connectors will be slightly shorter than the total coverage width.)
First type for a normal window and fill in the width of the coverage area.
For the corner window, select the second type and fill in the coverage area of 2 parts: X and Y (from left to right).
For the bay window, select the third type and fill in the coverage area of 3 parts: X, Y, and Z(from left to right).
Please kindly know that the middle brackets will not let the rings slide. But the runner can easily glide.

*The screws are M4/M5 size, so use a slightly smaller drill bit to make the pilot holes.
*Use the Right Screw：

Customized Rod Width
The rod width is custom-sized to fit your window. Normally, the rod should extend the window 2-15 in (as you prefer) and keep 1 in far away from the wall at least.
Please allow a tolerance of 1 - 2 cm in width on account of manual cutting.
Flexible Use
For normal windows, 70 in has 2 brackets, 71 - 106 in has 3 brackets, 107 - 141 in has 4 brackets, and 142 + in has 5 brackets. (Per bracket bear 22 lbs, you can decide the brackets' quantity according to the curtain weights).
If you're using rings, please note that the center bracket will block the rings from sliding past. This means:
3 brackets require 2 curtain panels
4 brackets require 3 curtain panels
5 brackets require 4 curtain panels
If you're using runners, no fuss - the brackets won't stop the curtains.
For corner windows, it has 4 brackets.
For bay windows, it has 6 brackets.
Flexible Runner
Offer 3 runner options, like REX-rings (per 4 in offer 1 ring), REX-pinch pleat runners (per 4 in offer 1 runner), and REX-ripple fold runners (same width as the rod, and runner space is 2.36 in).
Size Guide
Normal window: measure the window size and add 2-15 in(as you prefer) at both sides.
Corner windows: measure from the corner to the window and add 2-15 in(as you prefer) on both walls.
Bay windows: measure from the corner to the window, add 2-15 in(as you prefer) on both side walls, and measure the whole middle wall.
3 Year Warranty
Curtarra offers a 3-year warranty on all rod and rod accessories. Each rod is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for 3 years from the date of order. If the product fails within this 3-year period we will replace it free of charge.
Return Policy
The rod width is customized according to your width, so it is not returnable due to the width not fitting. If you are not sure about the rod width, please start a LiveChat.

The only way to go if you want classy curtain rods
I have always disliked finding, measuring for, hanging curtain rods. The Curtarra site gave great instructions for measuring my spaces. The rods then arrived in perfect condition-packaged very well. The huge win is that they are stunning and well made. I was so happy to see how classy they look. Icing on the cake, I actually was able to put them up all by myself. I’m a 66 yr old woman. Handled Our Massive Window Wall
We have a wall of windows in our living room that most standard rods could not span, so I was relieved to find the traverse system could be custom sized to fit. The glide mechanism is smooth even with heavy panels loaded on, no sticking or jerking when opening and closing. Installation took some patience given the length but the end result looks incredibly clean and intentional, like it was built for the space.

Opens and closes so smoothly
This traverse rod system is honestly a masterpiece. The gliders inside move so smoothly and no catching or annoying jerky pulling when I draw my heavy drapery panels shut at night. Aligning the center extension joint during installation took a bit of patience and some careful measuring against the drywall, but the clean, seamless look is worth it.
