Filing a claim is straightforward. If we confirm a covered defect, we will fix the issue promptly at no cost to you.
Our Solution: We will repair or replace the defective item free of charge.
Product Consistency: If your original product is discontinued, we'll provide the closest available alternative. For orders with multiple items, only the defective one will be replaced, and we'll do our best to ensure it matches the rest.

Rod exceeding 70" will be spliced for shipping.
60" has 2 brackets, 60"- 94" has 3 brackets, 95"- 118" has 4 brackets, and 118+" has 5 brackets.
For the corner window, order the corner window type and fill in the width of the coverage area of 2 parts: X and Y.
Every part of the rod exceeding 70" will be spliced for shipping.
Corner window type has 4 brackets.
For the bay window, order the bay window type and fill in the width of the coverage area of 3 parts: X, Y, and Z.
Every part of the rod exceeding 60" will be spliced for shipping.

Wählen Sie für das Erkerfenster den dritten Typ aus und füllen Sie den Abdeckungsbereich in drei Teile auf: X, Y und Z (von links nach rechts).
Bitte beachten Sie, dass die mittleren Halterungen ein Verrutschen der Ringe verhindern. Die Führungsschiene hingegen kann problemlos gleiten.
*Das Zubehör wie Halterungen, Endstücke und Ringe ist in der gleichen Farbe.
Die Farbe der Ösen an den Vorhängen passt jedoch nicht.

Die Stangenbreite wird individuell an Ihr Fenster angepasst. Normalerweise sollte die Stange 5–38 cm (je nach Wunsch) aus dem Fenster herausragen und mindestens 2,5 cm Abstand zur Wand halten.
Bitte berücksichtigen Sie eine Toleranz von 1 - 2 cm in der Breite aufgrund des manuellen Zuschnitts.
Flexible Nutzung
Bei normalen Fenstern werden für 70 Zoll 2 Halterungen benötigt, für 71–106 Zoll 3 Halterungen, für 107–141 Zoll 4 Halterungen und für Fenster ab 142 Zoll 5 Halterungen. (Jede Halterung trägt 22 Pfund; die Anzahl der Halterungen richtet sich nach dem Gewicht der Vorhänge.)
Wenn Sie Ringe verwenden , beachten Sie bitte, dass die mittlere Halterung das Vorbeirutschen der Ringe verhindert. Das bedeutet:
Für 3 Halterungen werden 2 Vorhangbahnen benötigt.
Für 4 Halterungen werden 3 Vorhangbahnen benötigt.
Für 5 Halterungen werden 4 Vorhangbahnen benötigt.
Wenn Sie Gardinenläufer verwenden, ist das kein Problem –die Halterungen behindern die Gardinen nicht.
Für Eckfenster sind 4 Halterungen erforderlich.

Flexibler Läufer
Bieten Sie 3 Läuferoptionen an, wie z.B. REX-Ringe (pro 4 im Angebot 1 Ring), REX-Pinch-Pleat-Läufer (pro 4 im Angebot 1 Läufer) und REX-Wellenfalten-Läufer (gleiche Breite wie die Stange, Läuferabstand beträgt 2,36 Zoll).

Erkerfenster: Messen Sie von der Ecke bis zum Fenster, addieren Sie 2-15 Zoll (je nach Wunsch) an beiden Seitenwänden und messen Sie die gesamte mittlere Wand.
3 Jahre Garantie
Curtarra gewährt 3 Jahre Garantie auf alle Ruten und Zubehörteile. Jede Rute ist ab Bestelldatum 3 Jahre lang frei von Material- und Verarbeitungsfehlern. Sollte das Produkt innerhalb dieser 3 Jahre einen Defekt aufweisen, ersetzen wir es kostenlos.

The only way to go if you want classy curtain rods
I have always disliked finding, measuring for, hanging curtain rods. The Curtarra site gave great instructions for measuring my spaces. The rods then arrived in perfect condition-packaged very well. The huge win is that they are stunning and well made. I was so happy to see how classy they look. Icing on the cake, I actually was able to put them up all by myself. I’m a 66 yr old woman. I’m very happy I found this brand and have already told everyone I know about them.

Handled Our Massive Window Wall
We have a wall of windows in our living room that most standard rods could not span, so I was relieved to find the traverse system could be custom sized to fit. The glide mechanism is smooth even with heavy panels loaded on, no sticking or jerking when opening and closing. Installation took some patience given the length but the end result looks incredibly clean and intentional, like it was built for the space.

Opens and closes so smoothly
This traverse rod system is honestly a masterpiece. The gliders inside move so smoothly and no catching or annoying jerky pulling when I draw my heavy drapery panels shut at night. Aligning the center extension joint during installation took a bit of patience and some careful measuring against the drywall, but the clean, seamless look is worth it.
