  1. Can I return the customized curtains?

    Generally, we don’t accept returns except for quality issues. Please accept our apology.

    If you aren’t completely happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days when you get your items. Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, and unused, with all tags attached and the corresponding original packaging included.

    Since it’s the customized order, we will offer you a partial refund that is 70% of your order price.

  2. Will I be charged for return?

    For quality issues, all return shipping costs will be borne by Curtarra.

    If you're incorrectly measured your window/door and receive the curtains that don’t fit perfectly and want to return them. All return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

  3. Can I cancel my order at any time?
    We are sorry that we only accept order cancellation before the product is shipped. And if the order is canceled we will refund you all.

  5. How will I receive my refund and how long will it take?
    After you confirm the refund amount, our financial team will submit the refund requests in 24 hours. Then we will send you a screenshot of the refund submission via email. The refund will take roughly 1-15 workdays to be back to your payment account, varying by the processing time of the issuing bank.
