  1. How can I do if I had applied the wrong coupon code when checking out?

    Please email to service@curtarra.com, or start at LiveChat. Tell us your Order#, the name of the wrong coupon you had applied, the code of the right coupon you want to apply. We will arrange to refund the difference amount of two coupons on this order.

    Please kindly note that the refund is active when the coupon code is valid.

  3. I want to make a curtain by myself. Can I order some fabrics?

    We offer fabrics. Please contact support@curtarra.com if you want fabrics only.

  4. Can I send my own fabric to make the curtains?

    We do not recommend sending your fabric to Curtarra. Our curtains are made and shipped directly from a factory located in China. You need to pay for the shipping fee and expect a longer wait.

  5. What if one of my curtain swatches is out of stock?
    If you can't add one swatch to your cart, it means it is out of stock now. Please order other swatches first and email us the unavailable swatch you want. We will ship the swatches together from our factory and items will be delayed about 7 work days.

  6. How do I change my order?

    If you need to modify the details of your order, like size, lining, and so on, please contact us as soon as possible, you can contact our customer service department via LiveChat or email us at support@curtara.com and they will assist you in doing so.

    And for the price changed, we will refund it to your payment account, or send you an invoice. Please Kindly note that the order can be modified the details only before the order enters the shipping process. Once the curtains are shipped out, any details can not be modified.

  8. How can I do if I can’t place the order or fail to pay on the site?

    Try to check out again, change another credit card, or change the payment method, if still fail to pay.

    Please send us the details of the curtains you want to order, including Name, Colour, Header style, Size, Lining, Design, Quantity, or just send us the screenshot of your order details like below, we will send you a PayPal bill based on these details.

  9. What if I ordered the wrong size or color of curtains?

    If you ordered the wrong curtains, contact us to cancel or update the order via support@curtarra.com or LiveChat.

    Owing to the featured custom goods, we can only assure you of a change before your order is made or shipped.

    If you didn’t find that you had ordered the wrong curtains until you received the items or got the tracking info, you may need to keep them.

    Custom goods are not able to apply to other clients or our reuse.

    We are happy to offer you a 50% discount on your second order if you placed it within 30 workdays of receiving your first order.
